An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a verified and registered document that communicates transparent and comparable information about the life-cycle environmental impact of a product.
Guardian EPDs are developed specific to the region where the glass is manufactured since facility specific information is collected to quantify the environment impact of a product. The standards by which these impacts are measured can vary by region. By publishing EPDs, Guardian Glass intends to support architects and designers who strive to understand the sustainability profiles of the buildings they design through the products they specify.
EPDs are available from Guardian Glass in the Middle East and Africa. For Guardian Glass products manufactured in Europe and North America, please refer to their respective Guardian Glass webpages for a listing of their EPDs.
