This waterfront redefines the core of downtown Sydney, Nova Scotia, with a glass-forward façade across four buildings inspired by coastal piers and layered rock. Expansive curtain walls frame harbor views and flood multistory learning spaces with daylight. SunGuard™ SNX 62/27 and SNX-L 62/34 on clear glass welcomes daylight while providing thermal performance required for the campus’s geothermal heating and cooling system. The result supports the project’s LEED Gold® V4 certification.
