The R. Randall Rollins Building comprises a collection of buildings intended to connect people and place and fulfills its role as a global destination on the Emory University campus. Envisioned as an academic office tower with a social base, the building serves as a pedestrian organizing device, expanding the Life Sciences Corridor and fostering a welcoming plaza-level space. Nature takes center stage throughout the complex, bringing warmth and serenity to the urban environment. The use of spectrally selective SunGuard™ SNX 51/23 on clear glass balances solar and thermal performance.
