Description of the project

LEED Gold Certified, the Altoria tower in Montreal is composed of two sections: a 10-story base reserved for Class “A” offices spaces totaling 250,000 sq. ft., and then 25 floors above featuring 152 upscale properties. A major goal of the project was to maximize views and generate maximum natural light - NEUF Architect(e)s chose SunGuard® SNX 62/27 on clear on clear glass to meet that goal.
