For its new headquarters building, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. desired a modern exterior and bright, comfortable interiors. The architect chose to glaze the five-story structure with SunGuard® SN 68 coating on UltraClear® glass to create a sleek, neutral façade and airy indoor spaces. The high-performance coating keeps the Pasadena heat out while incredibly neutral UltraClear glass offers open views across the building’s terrace decks. A curved glass application fabricated by Cristacurva adds a bold dimension.
