Description of the project

Opened in 2019, the twin-tower Address Sky View Hotel features a skybridge, a glass-floored observation deck and a view of the Burj Khalifa – hence the name Sky View. The building comprises of  two towers: the first one (tower 1) is the highest, measuring 264.2 m (60 floors) and is a residential-only building, while the other (tower 2) is mixed-use as both residential and a hotel, measuring 235.6 m (55 floors).

The selection of Guardian SunGuard® Solar Silver 20 for the glazed façades was inspired by the reflection appearance theme present in Emaar Square Area, Downtown Dubai. The glass provides a high level of solar protection with a stunning neutral appearance for the visual comfort of guests and residents.
