Wake Internal Medicine - Raleigh

The new Wake Internal Medicine building in Raleigh’s thriving Blue Ridge Corridor combines multiple medical specialties into a unified, 48,000-square-foot facility that offers a modern and welcoming environment. The façade blends a dark brick base with lighter, wood-toned accents, creating a balanced and grounded aesthetic that complements its surroundings. Expansive, rectangular glass windows provide both vertical emphasis and ample natural light, enhancing the sense of transparency and openness. The building features SunGuard® SNX 62/27 and SunGuard™ SNR 50 low-E coatings on clear glass, delivering high visible light transmission and minimizing solar heat gain. SNR 50 helps balance privacy for patients with exterior vibrancy, allowing the façade to reflect the surrounding landscape while reducing glare and adding comfort to interior spaces. The result is a state-of-the-art medical office building that seamlessly integrates advanced glass technology with a design that feels both contemporary and connected to nature.
