Azure Skies

Residential Complex

Azure Skies is a premium-class residential complex located in the heart of Kazan, Tatarstan. This hi-tech modern skyscraper was built at the crossing of Vzletnaya and Patrice Lumumba streets. It is a hi-rise 37-storied building with laconic shape and reflective façade that astonishes both the citizens of Kazan and guests of the city. There is a viewing point on the roof of the building, which is 128 meters high.

Project Team

Project developer, Dominatus, put the building into use in November, 2013. Alpha Tech was in charge of the façade glazing, while Modern Glass was the glass manufacturer for the project.
